This Church venerates Saint Sava, the patron Saint of our parish and the inaugural Archbishop and Enlightener of the Serbian people. Our Church's mission is to nurture the spiritual well-being of our devoted parishioners.

The objectives of our Church Congregation in London, Ontario are as follows:

  • To safeguard, uphold, and perpetuate the authentic teachings of the Orthodox Faith, along with all Serbian traditions and customs.

  • To welcome individuals into the Holy Orthodox Faith through the sacrament of Holy Baptism and to guide them in embracing family life through marriage according to the Church's teachings and traditions.

  • To provide appropriate instruction aimed at uplifting believers towards spiritual and moral excellence, promoting mutual brotherly love and unity, and nurturing individuals to become worthy and loyal citizens of Canada.

  • To construct and maintain a church and its related facilities to meet the spiritual, cultural, educational, national, athletic, and social needs of our parishioners.

  • To establish and sustain Church and Serbian Schools, and to facilitate programs for the spiritual and moral upbringing of children and youth.

  • To preach and embody charity as a cornerstone of our Christian faith.

  • To uphold our ancestral tradition of burying departed members of our church.

  • To foster cooperation and maintain positive relations with other church-school congregations within the Diocese of Canada.
